In an emergency

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not use this website, its forms, or email to report an emergency — these are not monitored continuously and we may not see your message in time.

Research participation

Information about our research is provided so you can decide whether to ask us about it. Nothing on this site is an offer to enrol you in a study, and asking us to call you does not enrol you in anything. Enrolment in any study happens only through a separate, formal informed-consent process, and you are free to decline at any point without affecting your care.

Using this site

You may read, print, and share this site's pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to areas that are not public, submit automated or fraudulent form entries, or use the site in a way that breaks the law.
